Tomorrow is the day.
It's a Monday, the traditional starting date of most lifestyle changes, challenges and goal setting activities. I think I try to turn over a new leaf pretty much every Monday but this one feels different, more on that later. I am committing to this daily blog as part of my journey and I hope this will keep me motivated and on target. I probably won't even share it with anyone which really means it's about making ME happy, something pretty important in my current state of mind.
I have 3 very specific goals:
1. To lose 100 lb by June 30, 2017 ( that's 1.9 lb per week over 51 weeks). Ambitious!
2. To commit to 15 min per day of clutter control in my house.
3. To commit to 30 minutes of exercise per day, every day.
I'll fill in the details and the plan as I go along, but for now I just wanted to say these things out loud.
